To guarantee your place in this year's Harvest Invitational Tournament, please complete ALL required player information below to ensure timely communication and event organization.  Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted. 

 

The field is limited to the first 36 teams.  

 

All competitors MUST have a verifiable CDGA or comparable association handicap (ex.- GHIN or other state golf association).  The Tournament Committee reserves the right to adjust handicaps if necessary to protect the field.

 

Entry fee is $1,000.00 per two-man team.  Entry includes complimentary practice round, 36 holes of competition, carts, food & beverages, $400 per team cash pool, and prizes.
